coffee machine convenient location
I stayed for a few nights and found the location very accessible to the metro lines (i could easily explore different parts of the city). my room included a pod coffee machine and a kettle. It was very convenient for morning tea.
The elevator only reached the fourth floor and my room was on the fifth floor. I had to walk one floor up.

friendly staff clean room excellent location public transport
the staffs was friendly, particularly the man at the front desk during mornings. the room was clean on arrival and the bed was comfortable. location is excellent with good access to public transport. i did appreciated the quietness at night.
the lift is slow, i did often use the stairs instead, but can be an issue if you have mobility problems.

breakfast offered a variety of options including fresh croissants and baguettes. the coffee machine provided good quality coffee throughout the morning. a selection of juices was also available at the buffet area.

The staff's attitude was a bit off-putting. I also found the reservation policy inconvenient (deposits took forever to be returned). These two issues.

the breakfast included many choices. varied options were available each morning. the room had daily cleaning service. it was also nicely decorated.
the elevator only goes to the fourth floor. walking one floor was still required.

central location ample space lovely staff
The hotel's location served as an AMAZING base for walking to major attractions! The room had a coffee machine, toiletries, and ample hanging space with many hangers. The staff was lovely and always ready to help. I especially liked how close it was to many good restaurants.
The room was a bit small. I wished there were more space to move around comfortably.
